I designed, planned and executed a fun and interactive charity event where young girls were invited to an engaging lesson on the beauty and blessing of Sadaqa. Attendees learned about charity through gardening by examining the hadith about planting a tree. We also explored Allah’s Names “Al-Musawwir – The Fashioner,” “Ar-Rabb – The Lord & Nurturer,” and “Ash-Shakoor – The Appreciative.” 

Each participant worked together to plant various flowers and greenery in the mosque garden + decorated a clay pot and planted a special herb to take home. Packets with a free charity tracking chart, seeds, souvenir buttons, and other goodies were provided to each child in attendance. All educational and promotional materials were my designs.
